崗位一：Project Officer / Project Assistant (Community Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of community projects and ensure the program is on track to achieve its objectives.

  • Be the VolTra Representative to lead some of the events, networking sessions, and educational workshops.

  • Assist the team in building and maintaining a community of change-makers to cultivate impactful actions.

  • Work closely with Hong Kong and overseas partner organizations for the volunteer projects' development.

  • Conduct data analysis for community projects and international workcamp evaluations.

  • Assist the team with other ad hoc projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree holder, preferably in Social Science, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • Outgoing, cheerful, and enjoys interacting with people from different backgrounds.

  • People-oriented, detail-minded, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Presentable and confident in public speaking and hosting events.

  • Experience in community engagement and volunteer projects is a plus.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

關於義遊  

義遊成立於2009年，註冊為慈善機構，旨在鼓勵每一個人積極參與全球與地方行動。透過策劃多元化的本地及海外義工項目，我們擴闊參加者的全球在地視野，啟發他們化想法為行動。義遊透過各合作伙伴築起龐大的網絡，為香港義工提供不同的海外義工服務機會。我們與超過200個海外合作夥伴機構，蓋超過100個國家，每年舉辦不同地方的國際工作營及義工服務計劃，並招募世界各地義工，我們則安排香港義工參與其中。
