About this camp: The Xiluo LMTV workcamp focuses on revitalizing the historical Yenping Street in Xiluo, Taiwan, through community engagement and cultural exchange. Volunteers will participate in maintaining heritage houses and public art, while also supporting local educational initiatives and experiencing traditional Taiwanese culture.




Work: – Assist in daily cleaning at Xiluo Eco Museum and backpacker house.- Help manage and update social media and online presence for the foundation.- Participate in gardening and environmental community events.- Engage in cultural exchange by hosting guests and learning local traditions.- Collaborate with local volunteers to run the project effectively.



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodation provided at Xiluo Backpacker’s House located in the town center.- Comfortable bedding provided; no sleeping bag needed, and pocket money of NT6000 for food.- Volunteers can cook or enjoy local cuisine, with internet access and laundry facilities available.



Leisure Activities: – Excursions and events organized with local residents.- Optional eco-tourism activities to explore the area’s natural beauty.- Opportunities to participate in local cultural experiences, such as martial arts.
