About this camp: The Xiluo LMTV workcamp aims to revitalize the historical Yenping Street and promote international cultural exchange. Volunteers will assist the Xiluo Eco Museum with daily tasks, engage in community events, and immerse themselves in traditional Taiwanese culture.




Work: – Assist in daily cleaning at Xiluo Eco Museum and backpacker house.- Help manage and update social media and website for the Louyoung Foundation.- Maintain comfortable living conditions in the backpacker house.- Participate in gardening and environmental community events.- Host guests and assist at the reception desk to facilitate cultural exchange.



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodation provided at Xiluo Backpacker’s House, located in the town center.- Volunteers receive pocket money (around NT6000) for food; cooking is allowed or local restaurants can be enjoyed.- Internet access is available, along with washing machine and refrigerator in the accommodation.



Leisure Activities: – Excursions organized by the foundation with local residents.- Participation in cultural events and eco-tourism (optional).- Opportunities to explore nearby cities such as Taichung and Tainan by public bus.
