About this camp: Wuqi District, located between the Da an River and the Dadu River, has a rich coastal history linked to the Port of Taichung. Its cultural tourism potential is highlighted by historical relics and local architecture, making it significant for understanding traditional buildings and local customs.




Work: – Cleaning the river in the port area to improve environmental conditions.- Restoring old buildings to create community spaces.- Engaging participants with backgrounds in visual arts and architecture.- Fostering teamwork and physical labor commitment.- Learning about traditional architecture and local customs.



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodations are in community-owned shared rooms with wooden beds.- Participants must bring their own sleeping bags and mosquito repellent.- The community provides daily meals, with local seafood available during free time.



Leisure Activities: – Participants will clean the river in the port area.- Restoration of old buildings for community use.- Experience local customs and life in Taichung Harbor.
