About this camp: The second oldest workcamp in YRS focuses on the natural protected reserve ‘Kraljevac’, offering volunteers the opportunity to help preserve the ecosystem by cleaning the lake bank, removing invasive species, and restoring paths. Set in a picturesque setting with rich biodiversity, volunteers will also engage with local children and enjoy leisure activities like boat rides.




Work: – Clean the lake bank and surrounding areas- Remove invasive plant species to support ecosystem health- Restore paths and benches for visitor use- Maintain fishing spots to enhance local recreational opportunities- Participate in community engagement activities with local children



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodations provided in 2-bed, 3-bed, and 5-bed rooms at the Education and Research Centre- Shared toilets and showers available for all volunteers- Kitchen facilities provided with groceries supplied for cooking



Leisure Activities: – Explore the rich biodiversity around Lake Kraljevac- Enjoy boat rides to appreciate the natural beauty- Participate in excursions to nearby interesting locations
