About this camp: In the first week, volunteers will assist local foresters in various environmental works, including maintaining footpaths and lookout points. The second week focuses on helping the Fuchsturmgesellschaft with tree chopping and habitat maintenance activities, making it ideal for nature lovers.




Work: – Work with local foresters in maintaining footpaths, lookout points, and shelters.- Participate in nature protection projects outdoors.- Assist Fuchsturmgesellschaft with tree chopping for better visibility.- Help maintain flora-fauna habitats and education paths.- Engage in renovation and maintenance of huts.



Accommodation and Food: – Stay in an isolated hostel surrounded by woodland.- Full board with traditional German meals, cold breakfasts, and warm dinners.- No internet access; bed linen provided and facilities for games and outdoor activities.



Leisure Activities: – Jena is the 2nd biggest city in Thringen, offering recreational opportunities.- Engage in hiking, cycling tours, and trips to nearby cities like Weimar.- Explore cultural activities and historical sites, including the former concentration camp Buchenwald.
