About this camp: In this workcamp, you can engage in the preservation of the former Nazi women’s concentration camp Ravensbrck. The program includes an artistic study of the biographies of imprisoned women and various maintenance works at the memorial.




Work: – Engage in the preservation of the Ravensbrck concentration camp memorial.- Participate in an artistic study of biographies of imprisoned women.- Attend an audio workshop based on site impressions.- Conduct maintenance works in the exterior of the memorial.- Learn about the history of the Ravensbrck Memorial.



Accommodation and Food: – Live in shared rooms in the youth hostel on the memorial grounds.- Enjoy full board with simple meals provided.- Indicate any food allergies when registering.



Leisure Activities: – Explore the Brandenburg small town surrounded by lakes and rivers.- Participate in canoeing, cycling, and swimming activities.- Access train connections to Berlin and the Baltic Sea.
