About this camp: Volunteers will work during the nights in August and September, forming two teams to alternate shifts. Activities include finding adult turtles, collecting eggs, and releasing newborn turtles, with the schedule subject to change based on environmental conditions.




Work: – Work primarily at night from 20:00 to 08:00 during August and September.- Form two teams to alternate nights of work and rest.- Find adult turtles and collect their eggs for protection.- Release newborn baby turtles into the sea.- Patrol beaches at night and assist in turtle camp reconstruction.



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers sleep in shared rooms with another volunteer.- Meals will be provided throughout the stay.- The accommodation is located in the beach town of Rincon de Guayabitos.



Leisure Activities: – Rincon de Guayabitos is a popular tourist destination in Nayarit, Mexico.- The area features quiet beaches as well as surfing spots along the Nayarit coast.- Riviera Nayarit offers a blend of mountainous jungle and coastal islands for exploration.
