About this camp: The volunteers will conduct a children’s camp to promote their innate talents and creativity for their overall physical, mental, social, and emotional development. During the camp, they will prepare sessions and take classes on various activities including physical exercises, arts, crafts, and language teaching, while staying in simple living facilities provided by a host family or hostel in Siddhicharan Municipality, Okhaldhunga district.




Work: – Conduct children’s camps to enhance creativity and talents.- Prepare and lead sessions on physical exercises and team building.- Teach arts, crafts, and language.- Facilitate activities such as singing, dancing, and drama.- Organize hiking and other creative activities.



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers will stay with a host family or in a hostel identified by VIN.- Living facilities are simple and basic with shared areas for male and female volunteers.- Volunteers are advised to bring their sleeping bags for single beds/mattresses.



Leisure Activities: – Siddhicharan Municipality Ward 2 is located approximately 250 km from Kathmandu.- A local jeep can reach the area in 8-10 hours.- The region showcases the beauty of Nepal’s hilly and mountainous terrain, surrounded by woods and fertile fields.
