About this camp: As a volunteer, you will collaborate with the farmer’s VIN, specializing in permaculture, where you’ll engage in hands-on activities like cultivating crops and creating beds. The region’s beauty is highlighted by its hilly terrain and fertile fields, located approximately 250 km from Kathmandu.




Work: – Collaborate with farmers on permaculture principles.- Engage in hands-on tasks like cultivating crops and weeding.- Support the creation of organic fertilizers such as compost.- Gather materials and dig for creating farm beds.- Observe and implement learned permaculture practices.



Accommodation and Food: – Stay with a host family or hostel identified by VIN.- Facilities are simple and basic, with shared living areas for male and female volunteers.- Volunteers should bring their sleeping bags for single beds/mattresses.



Leisure Activities: – Located in Siddhicharan Municipality Ward 2, Okhaldhunga district.- Accessible by local jeep in 8-10 hours from Kathmandu.- Surrounded by beautiful woods and fertile fields.
