About this camp: The volunteers will conduct a children’s camp to promote their innate talents and creativity for their overall physical, mental, social, and emotional development. Activities will include physical exercises, team building, art, music, and language teaching. Tarakeshwor municipality, located on the outskirts of Kathmandu, offers beautiful hills and fields, and VIN provides weekend travel tours for volunteers wishing to explore more of Nepal.




Work: – Conduct a children’s camp to enhance their talents and creativity.- Prepare and lead sessions on physical exercises and team building.- Teach various art forms including drawing, coloring, and painting.- Organize activities such as singing, dancing, and drama.- Facilitate language teaching and hiking.



Accommodation and Food: – Tarakeshwor is situated 10-15 km from the main ring road to Balaju, Kathmandu.- The area is surrounded by hills, fields, and woods, providing a serene environment.- Weekend travel tours to Chitwan Jungle Safari, Pokhara, and Nagarkot are available at reasonable prices.



Leisure Activities: – Basic English should be spoken among participants and children.- Volunteers must be fully vaccinated and provide COVID-19 certificates.- Activities will include a variety of creative and physical engagements.
