About this camp: The Wake Up the Earth Festival is a significant event held annually on the first Saturday of May, celebrating community engagement and environmental awareness. Volunteers will assist in organizing the festival, engage with children through workshops, and participate in logistics, set-up, and event breakdown, all while fostering a positive and enthusiastic environment.




Work: – Join the festival committee to organize and publicize the event.- Prepare signs, banners, costumes, decorations, and activities for children.- Conduct workshops for children to create costumes and props.- Assist with logistics, set-up, and general support during the festival.- Participate in breakdown, clean-up, and final event analysis.



Accommodation and Food: – Live in pairs with local families near Spontaneous Celebrations.- Communal accommodations with shared spaces and meals.- Take turns cooking meals and inform co-leaders of any dietary needs.



Leisure Activities: – Explore the city during free time and engage with the local community.- Leisure activities based on volunteer interests.- Bring music, games, and memorabilia from your country to share.
