About this camp: This project focuses on community lifestyles, allowing volunteers and community members to experience and exchange work and leisure behaviors through various activities. Participants will engage in community economic life, social-cultural interactions, language exchanges, and knowledge sharing, fostering reflections on self-image and cultural understanding.




Work: – Participation in daily economic activities such as small businesses and farming.- Engagement in social aspects, including traditional medicine and health care.- Involvement in rituals and ceremonies of the community.- Language exchange opportunities with Kiswahili and optional foreign languages.- Knowledge sharing through inter-generational events and community exhibitions.



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodation provided in a community residential house with basic facilities.- Shared rooms with mattresses provided; volunteers assist with meal preparation and cleaning.- Vegetarian meals will be available for the entire project duration.



Leisure Activities: – Wildlife safari options to national parks like Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti.- Mountain climbing opportunities on Mount Kilimanjaro and Meru.- Eco and cultural tourism experiences available.
