About this camp: Join us at our camp to explore archaeological remains and learn about our cultural ancestors. No experience is required as you will work alongside an archaeologist in the historically rich Paular valley, known for its connection to the Los Batanes estate and the publication of Don Quixote.
Work: – Participate in archaeological activities to uncover remains based on prior research.- Clear and clean vegetation around archaeological structures.- Manually clean and scrape construction parts to preserve architectural elements.- Excavate structures using archaeological methods and document findings.- Register all archaeological materials for research and future storage.
Accommodation and Food: – Stay at Los Batanes Youth Hostel in Rascafra, Madrid.- Meals include breakfast, mid-morning fruit, lunch, and dinner, served at the hostel.- Enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during your stay.
Leisure Activities: – Engage in leisure activities including sports and cultural events.- Participate in excursions to local tourist attractions.- Attend workshops related to the workcamp theme.
