About this camp: Participants will enhance the emblematic heritage of Eymet by learning traditional techniques such as liming stone walls and developing an outdoor patio. They will also engage in local vegetation care and help organize a built heritage and mills festival, all while staying in tents and enjoying communal meals prepared with local produce.
Work: – Enhance the emblematic heritage of Eymet with local historians and association members.- Learn to lime stone walls inside the mill with an expert mason.- Develop an outdoor patio, including weeding and installing a wooden floor.- Care for specific vegetation along the riverbanks with the help of a specialist.- Participate in designing and organizing the mills festival, a key festive occasion in the town.
Accommodation and Food: – Stay in individual or shared tents on the Moulin peninsula with access to dry toilets and showers.- Prepare meals with local producers and enjoy them together in the mill’s great hall.- Bring your own duvet and pillow, and share gourmet recipes during meal times.
Leisure Activities: – Engage in site visits and nature activities.- Build your own entertainment program with animators and fellow participants.- Favor exploration of the territory and its actors over consumption activities.
