About this camp: This camp allows volunteers to engage with global and local environmental issues through workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, including outdoor cleanup tasks. Participants will learn to plan their own trash cleaning projects and may choose between two day trips that combine environmental education with cleanup efforts.




Work: – Learn about global and local environmental issues through workshops and discussions.- Participate in outdoor cleanup tasks in partnership with local organizations.- Engage with the local community through public events.- Choose between two hands-on volunteering day trips for cleanup activities.- Prepare to share environmental issues from participants’ countries and adapt to outdoor activities.



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers stay in a basic house in Reykjavik with shared rooms for up to 6 people.- Volunteers are responsible for cooking and cleaning, with vegetarian food supplies provided.- Bring personal items and traditional food for intercultural evenings.



Leisure Activities: – Reykjavik is a modern city that harmonizes with nature using renewable energy sources.- The city is the northernmost capital, offering a stunning view of mountains and the Atlantic.- Reykjavik features a vibrant cosmopolitan culture surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes.
