About this camp: SEEDS volunteers will engage in diverse activities focused on environmental conservation and community engagement, including forestry work and raising awareness of ocean pollution. The camp is located at Alvira, offering opportunities for hands-on projects, learning, and connecting with nature.




Work: – Participate in forestry and vegetable greenhouse activities- Engage in nationwide ocean pollution awareness and cleanup efforts- Help maintain the EcoVillage center through gardening and renovation tasks- Mark walking paths and potentially trim or plant trees- Share environmental issues from home countries while adapting to a flexible schedule



Accommodation and Food: – Stay in a basic, shared accommodation at an environmental education center- Cook and clean using provided vegetarian food supplies- Bring personal sleeping bags, towels, and traditional food for intercultural evenings



Leisure Activities: – Enjoy outdoor activities in a rich natural environment- Explore hiking trails with cultural heritage maps- Visit the nearby town of Selfoss for commerce and local attractions
