About this camp: This camp allows volunteers to learn about global and local environmental issues through workshops, discussions, and cleanup tasks, contributing directly to environmental protection. Participants will engage with the local community and gain skills to plan their own cleanup projects at home, while enjoying hands-on activities in a beautiful natural setting.




Work: – Learn about global and local environmental issues through non-formal activities.- Contribute to environmental protection by participating in outdoor cleanup tasks.- Engage with the local community through public events.- Choose between a day trip to a geothermal power plant with a trash collection or a coastal cleanup.- Share environmental issues from participants’ countries and adapt to outdoor conditions.



Accommodation and Food: – Stay in a basic house in Reykjavik with shared rooms for up to 6 people.- Volunteers cook and clean, with vegetarian food supplied by SEEDS.- Bring your own towel and traditional food for intercultural evenings.



Leisure Activities: – Reykjavik is a modern city that harmonizes with nature, utilizing renewable energy.- The city is the northernmost capital, bridging the Atlantic between Europe and North America.- It offers a lively cultural scene surrounded by stunning natural landscapes.
