About this camp: SEEDS volunteers will engage in various activities focused on environmental conservation, including forestry work and cleanup efforts related to ocean pollution. The camp, based in Alvira, promotes hands-on learning and connection with nature through maintenance tasks and workshops, requiring adaptability and a willingness to embrace outdoor activities.




Work: – Participate in forestry work and maintain vegetable greenhouses in the EcoVillage.- Engage in a nationwide project addressing ocean pollution and plastic waste.- Perform hands-on cleanup efforts to make a direct environmental impact.- Assist in maintaining the center through gardening, renovations, and wildlife protection.- Share environmental issues from home countries and adapt to changing work schedules.



Accommodation and Food: – Stay in an old farm transformed into an environmental education center with basic facilities.- Sleep in shared rooms (up to 6 people) and bring your own sleeping bag and towel.- Volunteers will cook and clean with provided vegetarian food supplies.



Leisure Activities: – Enjoy outdoor activities in a peaceful location with rich biodiversity.- Explore hiking trails that highlight cultural heritage and local attractions.- Visit the nearby town of Selfoss for commerce, swimming pools, and cultural experiences.
