About this camp: This camp offers a unique opportunity to immerse in Indian culture and participate in humanitarian activities such as non-formal education and women empowerment. Volunteers will engage with local communities and learn about Hindu traditions during the prominent festivals in October and November.




Work: – Participate in ongoing humanitarian actions including non-formal education and women empowerment initiatives.- Engage in environment conservation efforts and organic farming.- Experience Indian culture through cross-cultural exchanges.- Interact with local communities leading up to significant festivals.- Gain insights into Hindu traditions during an auspicious period.



Accommodation and Food: – Stay at RUCHI campus on twin/triple sharing basis.- Basic amenities provided; bringing a personal sleeping bag is recommended.- Enjoy authentic Indian vegetarian meals prepared by the cook.



Leisure Activities: – Explore Baddi, a growing industrial hub in Himachal Pradesh.- Visit attractions such as Hanuman Temple in Shimla and Naldehra Golf Club.- Experience trekking opportunities with views of the Kasauli mountain range.
