About this camp: The workcamp focuses on maintaining and enhancing an organic, educational, and community garden while supporting the Terra MEpounde Ecofestival through various activities such as building composters and recovering dry toilets. Participants will live in tents on a farm with access to facilities for meals, hot and cold showers, and an emphasis on reducing digital device usage to enjoy the natural experience.
Work: – Maintain and increase an organic, educational and community garden.- Implement an aromatic garden and create spaces for activities with children and families.- Build composters for organic recycling for the Ecofestival.- Recover 6 dry toilets for use at the Festival.- Support workshops and concerts at the Ecofestival, ensuring security and hosting artists.
Accommodation and Food: – Participants will live in tents, with access to hot and cold showers and dry toilets.- Meals will be provided in a kitchen complex, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.- Snacks will be available in the outdoor space of the kitchen.
Leisure Activities: – Bring personal hygiene kit using natural products; if unavailable, it will be produced during the camp.- Pack essential items including a beach towel, swimsuit, sleeping bag, and work clothes.- Ensure to have enough personal medication for the duration of the camp.
