About this camp: This workcamp is perfect for nature lovers, as the work takes place outdoors in the Upahl-Lenzen Nature Reserve. Volunteers will maintain the area by mowing meadows and clearing the grass by hand, as traditional farming techniques cannot be used, aiming to preserve the nature reserve in cooperation with the environmental agency of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.




Work: – Volunteers will work outdoors in the Upahl-Lenzen Nature Reserve.- Tasks include mowing meadows and clearing grass by hand.- Traditional farming techniques will not be used.- The project aims to preserve the nature reserve.- Cooperation with the environmental agency of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is involved.



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers should bring a sleeping bag and mattress pad.- Accommodation provides mattresses but no blankets.- Basic sleeping arrangements are available.



Leisure Activities: – Work takes place outdoors in a nature reserve.- Volunteers will engage in meadows mowing activities.- Grass clearing will be done manually without machinery.
