About this camp: Volunteers will work for around 36 hours a week, with one day off, engaging in organic farming, helping in vineyards and food production, and preparing local events. The camp is located near Otaru, Yoichi, allowing for enjoyment of Hokkaido’s tourism, including local festivals and interactions with residents.




Work: – Do organic farming tasks such as growing seedlings, weeding, and harvesting.- Assist in vineyard and food production including wine, vegetables, and fruits.- Support nearby farms.- Help prepare and run local events while promoting HEPP through social media.- Maintain facilities for visitor comfort, including eco-toilets.



Accommodation and Food: – Shared accommodation in the main house or a container house, with gender separation.- Cooking meals with locals and other members, with vegetarian options available.- Limited wifi access.



Leisure Activities: – Located next to the city of Otaru, offering various Hokkaido tourism experiences.- Visits to the famous Nikka Whiskey factory.- Participation in local festivals and opportunities for cultural exchange.
