About this camp: Volunteers will help on an organic farm in Otari village, Japan, participating in activities such as harvesting rice, planting vegetables, and cooking. The work hours are long and physically demanding, but the experience promotes health and community engagement in a scenic environment.




Work: – Assist with harvesting and threshing rice.- Plant vegetables and care for animals.- Participate in housework, especially cooking.- Carry supplies to the Maki farm in the mountains.- Work from 05:30 to 18:00, ensuring good exercise.



Accommodation and Food: – Shared room available in the building for volunteers and community members.- Meals prepared by volunteers in collaboration with the community.- Sleeping bag not required and limited WiFi access.



Leisure Activities: – Located in Otari village, known for its stunning natural beauty.- Near the Japanese Northern Alps, offering beautiful scenery.- Possible excursions to Hakuba on free days.
