About this camp: Volunteers will engage in agricultural work, house work, and possibly assist in cheese production and handcrafts while sharing living spaces with community members in Shintoku town, an agricultural area in Hokkaido, Japan. The camp offers opportunities for cooking, community events, and sightseeing in a beautiful natural setting.




Work: – Perform agricultural tasks such as planting, weeding, and harvesting organic vegetables.- Care for animals and maintain animal houses.- Assist with housework including cooking and cleaning.- Participate in cheese production and run the cafeteria.- Engage in handcrafts and textiles as needed.



Accommodation and Food: – Share rooms in the community facility with members.- Participate in cooking duties, with vegetarian options available if prepared by volunteers.- Wifi access is provided.



Leisure Activities: – Explore the agricultural countryside and nature around Shintoku town.- Attend monthly birthday parties for community members.- Enjoy sightseeing opportunities at hot springs and other famous locations in the area.
