About this camp: Volunteers will engage in organic agriculture activities such as cultivation, seeding, and caring for livestock while also assisting in renovations and construction tasks. Daily participation in meetings is necessary, and volunteers will experience communal living in a cultural heritage site with basic amenities.




Work: – Cultivate, seed, weed, and harvest organic crops.- Care for goats, cows, and chickens, including feed preparation.- Transport items from the town to Maki.- Renovate houses and trails, and construct huts.- Participate actively in daily meetings and communal life.



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers will live in a beautiful cultural heritage main house with basic facilities.- Meals and social activities will be shared with Kyodo Gakusha members, cooked by volunteers in rotation.- Sleeping bags are not necessary, but there is no WiFi.



Leisure Activities: – Maki is situated near the Japanese Northern Alps, offering stunning natural surroundings.- Volunteers can participate in an exchange program.- Excursions may be organized to local tourist spots like Hakuba.
