About this camp: Volunteers primarily engage in organic agriculture, including tasks like cultivation, seeding, and animal care, while also assisting with renovations and communal cooking. Active participation in daily meetings and sharing collective life is essential, with a working schedule from 05:30 to 18:00. Accommodation is provided in a culturally significant main house with basic facilities, and meals are prepared collaboratively with local members.




Work: – Engage in organic farming activities such as seeding, weeding, and harvesting.- Care for farm animals including goats, cows, and chickens.- Assist in transporting items from town to Maki.- Participate in the renovation of houses and trails.- Join daily meetings and contribute to collective living.



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers will stay in a main house with basic amenities like water, electricity, and kitchen facilities.- Meals are prepared by volunteers in collaboration with Kyodo Gakusha members.- Sleeping bags are not required, and there is no wifi available.



Leisure Activities: – Maki is situated near the Japanese Northern Alps, offering beautiful natural surroundings.- Opportunities for exchange programs and excursions, possibly to the famous tourism spot Hakuba.- Experience a lifestyle that contrasts with modernized areas in Japan.
