About this camp: Volunteers will engage in mandarin farming, which includes harvesting, tree care, and grass cutting, especially challenging from November to April. They may support a local youth club and create activities to enliven the town, all while staying in a traditional Japanese house with opportunities for fishing and local sightseeing.




Work: – Help with mandarin farming activities including harvesting and tree care.- Participate in seasonal tasks such as cutting grass.- Support the local youth club if possible.- Create new activities for community engagement.- Work primarily from November to April, when tasks are most demanding.



Accommodation and Food: – Stay in a shared room with separated male and female accommodations.- Reside in a traditional Japanese style house.- Volunteers will be responsible for cooking their own meals.



Leisure Activities: – Engage in fishing activities, given the coastal location.- Participate in local events to learn about community culture.- Explore nearby attractions like hot springs and famous local sites.
