About this camp: Volunteers will support the life and language of foreign residents and students, engage in agricultural work, and assist families at the citizen farm run by HIF. They may also address community challenges and help with local projects like cleaning Onuma Lake and participating in festivals. Hakodate city offers rich cultural experiences, historical sites, and the possibility of one week off for exploring Hokkaido.




Work: – Support the life and language of foreign residents and students.- Engage in agricultural work and assist families at the citizen farm run by HIF.- Identify community challenges and explore solutions.- Assist with local projects like cleaning Onuma Lake.- Participate in local festivals.



Accommodation and Food: – House rent is covered for volunteers.- Volunteers share rooms and take turns cooking meals (vegetarian options available).- Wifi is provided, and there is a no smoking policy.



Leisure Activities: – Hakodate is a popular tourist destination in Hokkaido with a romantic night view.- Explore the morning market for seafood and visit historical sites like Goryokaku.- One week off may be possible for volunteers to explore Hokkaido.
