About this camp: Volunteers will assist in daily artistic activities such as weaving, pottery, and drawing, while also supporting an art event for mentally challenged adults. Located in Azumino-city, Nagano, the project emphasizes community engagement and creative expression in a beautiful natural setting.




Work: – Prepare and assist with daily artistic tasks in weaving, pottery, and drawing.- Support art events for mentally challenged adults with community members and artists.- Maintain and prepare venues for art events and ateliers.- Potentially assist in exhibitions or selling of art products.- Engage in various activities depending on the volunteer’s stay.



Accommodation and Food: – Sleep in tatami rooms in a separate house near the office.- Meals are self-cooked, with lunch often provided by the host.- Facilities include a shower room, kitchen, wifi, and available bicycles.



Leisure Activities: – The project is set in Azumino-city, Nagano, known for its natural beauty.- Enjoy local attractions such as fresh fruits, especially apples.- Participate in leisure activities like exchange parties, hot springs, and excursions on free days.
