About this camp: Volunteers will engage in various activities including forest conservation, agricultural work with free-range chickens, and organizing environmental events in the mountains. This work aims to appreciate the value of life in farming practices while promoting sustainability in the Kami-mitani area of Nabari city, which is known for its natural beauty and hiking opportunities.




Work: – Participate in forest conservation by cutting trees, branches, and maintaining footpaths.- Engage in agricultural work by caring for free-range chickens and harvesting mushrooms.- Organize environmental events to collect edible wild plants and conduct nature observations.- Understand and appreciate the life cycle of chickens and sustainable farming practices.- Learn about local environmental issues and contribute to conservation efforts.



Accommodation and Food: – Stay in a small traditional house on the premises of ASSK.- Cook meals independently as part of the volunteer experience.- Experience communal living and self-sufficiency.



Leisure Activities: – Explore the Kami-mitani area of Nabari city, located 60 km from Osaka.- Visit famous nearby falls and enjoy hiking opportunities.- Participate in local cultural experiences and short trips to hot springs.
