About this camp: Rm is famous for its unique marine environment, which is at risk from pollution and human alteration. This Work Camp focuses on combatting plastic pollution and raising awareness about ocean cleanliness by cleaning beaches and maintaining nature areas.




Work: – Collect waste washed up from the sea on selected beach stretches.- Clean the coast and maintain meadows, heaths, and forests if weather conditions prohibit beach work.- Engage in practical work such as cutting trees and bushes to preserve forest areas.- Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views while contributing to environmental protection.- Travel to work sites using foot, bicycle, car, or public transport as guided.



Accommodation and Food: – Sleep in a cabin with mattresses on the floor; bring sleeping bags and pillows.- Kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, with grocery costs covered by the host (approx. 100 DKK per person per day).- Bathroom facilities are available in the cabin.



Leisure Activities: – Participate in various activities on the island, including guided tours to the Wadden Sea.- Engage in hiking, kayaking, windsurfing, and bird watching on beautiful beaches.- Group members can organize social activities; bikes and a car will be provided by the host.
