About this camp: Volunteers will participate in a coastal cleanup project on the island of Giglio, focusing on waste collection along the coastline during morning hours. Activities will include cleaning beaches and collecting various plastic materials, with volunteers supported by local groups and specialized personnel for waste disposal.




Work: – Collect waste along the coastline of Giglio- Focus on cleaning beaches and removing plastic materials- Work primarily in the morning hours- Use different modes of transportation including cars, trekking paths, and boats- Be prepared for physically demanding work



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodation in a flat with shared rooms- Access to amenities including bathrooms, wi-fi, washing machine, and kitchen- Volunteers will prepare meals with vegetarian options available



Leisure Activities: – Giglio is part of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park and ‘Cetacean Sanctuary’- The island is renowned for its natural beauty and rich marine life- Explore two towns, Giglio Castello and Giglio Porto, with picturesque scenery
