About this camp: The ‘Mother Teresa Home’ provides support to the hungry, homeless, and those suffering from illnesses such as AIDS and tuberculosis. It welcomes around sixty patients from diverse backgrounds, where volunteers assist healthcare staff in various tasks, including medical care and patient interaction.




Work: – Assist healthcare staff in medical care including treatment and physiotherapy.- Distribute meals to patients and ensure proper nutrition.- Clean dormitories to maintain hygiene and comfort.- Help with meal preparation for residents.- Engage in activities to animate and support the residents.



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers are hosted by Togolese families near their work sites.- Host families provide private rooms, drinking water, and three meals a day tailored to dietary needs.- Volunteers have the freedom to explore and engage in local activities.



Leisure Activities: – Kpalim is a haven for nature lovers, featuring beautiful landscapes and tropical flora.- Volunteers can enjoy various leisure activities such as hikes and cultural encounters.- The area is renowned for its craft center, providing insight into local artistry.
