About this camp: Volunteers will work on a little uninhabited island in the sea, participating in the restoration of flora and maintenance of the protected area. Daily boat trips are required, and volunteers must be able to swim for safety. Accommodation is basic, with shared facilities and responsibilities for cooking and cleaning.




Work: – Daily work on an uninhabited island requiring swimming skills.- Support natural reserve staff in flora restoration and vegetation maintenance.- Clean the protected area from litter brought by marine streams.- Cook meals in pairs and manage other tasks as needed.- Work is manual and physically demanding, especially in hot weather.



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodation in a common room with 3 bunk beds and shared bathroom.- Basic living conditions with volunteers responsible for cooking and cleaning.- Awareness of the simplicity of accommodations is necessary.



Leisure Activities: – Free time can be spent at the beach or engaging in water sports.- Opportunities for snorkeling and enjoying coastal activities.- Close proximity to Palermo provides access to various sights and cultural experiences.
