About this camp: This Workcamp offers a unique opportunity to learn how forest knowledge is imparted to young people in Germany through non-formal education. Participants will engage in outdoor work with foresters and attend workshops on climate change, forest ecosystems, and biodiversity conservation, while interacting with local German students.




Work: – Work alongside foresters in outdoor settings.- Participate in workshops on climate change and biodiversity.- Collaborate with German students during activities.- Opportunity to co-organize educational workshops.- Focus on imparting knowledge about forest conservation.



Accommodation and Food: – Shared room accommodation (2 to 4 beds) at the forest school.- Meals provided, focusing on local and organic options, with vegetarian and vegan choices available.- Limited phone reception; slow WiFi available for messaging.



Leisure Activities: – Located in Indelhausen within a geopark and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.- Ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking and exploring nature.- Nearby attractions include viewpoints and old castle ruins.
