About this camp: At the Global Education Center (GEC), volunteers will engage in meaningful activities such as teaching English and other languages, organizing computer and library classes, leading arts and music lessons, and coordinating fundraising events. These opportunities allow volunteers to develop valuable skills while contributing to community growth and development.




Work: – Design and deliver tailored English lessons and potentially other languages.- Teach essential digital skills and help manage the library to promote literacy.- Lead creative arts and music lessons and organize exhibitions and performances.- Plan and execute fundraising initiatives to support and expand programs.- Develop valuable skills while making a meaningful contribution to the community.



Accommodation and Food: – Stay at a simple yet comfortable volunteer house near the center.- Essential amenities include a mattress, blanket, and pillow, along with shower and toilet facilities.- Meals are prepared by volunteers on a rotational basis, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients from local markets.



Leisure Activities: – Explore the iconic Angkor Wat and nearby temples.- Cycle through scenic countryside and relax in Siem Reap’s vibrant café scene.- Attend traditional Apsara dance performances and participate in community activities like learning Khmer crafts.
