About this camp: The camp will focus on helping volunteers understand the social and cultural aspects of the community they work within through interactions, workshops, and need analysis. It aims to benefit the community while providing a rich learning experience for the volunteers through various activities.




Work: – Interact with the community to understand their needs and social challenges.- Attend thematic workshops and exchange ideas.- Teach Basic English and Digital Education to children.- Create educational murals and engage in intercultural activities.- Participate in clean-up and tree plantation efforts.



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodation will be at a rented guest house or hostel with shared rooms.- North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals will be provided for all meals.- Safe, filtered drinking water will be available.



Leisure Activities: – Visit significant cultural sites in Dharamshala, including the residence of the Dalai Lama.- Interact with Tibetan monks at local monasteries for insights into Buddhism.- Explore the scenic tea gardens in Palampur, known for its handcrafted mountain teas.
