About this camp: Kriusilla is a small farm focusing on beekeeping, vegetable growing, and forestry. Volunteers will engage in forestry work, vegetable harvesting, honey collection, and light house jobs, with a working day of 5-7 hours depending on weather. The farm is located in Anija Community, 40 km from Tallinn, offering simple yet decent accommodation.




Work: – Perform forestry tasks such as cleaning, weeding, and planting trees.- Harvest vegetables and collect honey from bee houses.- Clean and improve bee houses, with potential involvement in building new ones.- Assist with light odd jobs around the house including building and gardening.- Work hours will range from 5 to 7 hours daily, influenced by weather conditions.



Accommodation and Food: – Simple but decent accommodation with provided beds.- Volunteers should bring their own sleeping bags.- Kitchen facilities available, with meals cooked by hosts, requiring volunteers to assist with cleaning.



Leisure Activities: – Explore various natural sites, including Jagala River 4 km away and picturesque lakes 20 km away.- Opportunities for short trips in the area planned by hosts.- Possible participation in local festivities and the Mid-Summer Festival in June.
