About this camp: Volunteers at Hug Baan Den Organic Farm will cultivate organic vegetables, engage in traditional Thai cooking, and participate in cultural community activities while providing English learning opportunities for children. Located in the serene Baan Den Udom village, the program emphasizes community-centered initiatives and embraces the traditional Buddhist practices of the local villagers.




Work: – Cultivate organic vegetables and harvest seeds.- Engage in cooking traditional Thai dishes and desserts using garden products.- Contribute to English teaching sessions at a local school.- Participate in community and religious events, embracing Buddhist practices.- Strengthen community bonds through shared culinary experiences and herbal activities.



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers will cook and live together in two huts provided by the host.- Simple bedding is available, and special needs should be communicated in advance.- Internet access is provided, along with laundry facilities at the host’s house.



Leisure Activities: – Hug Baan Den Organic Farm is located in a thriving agricultural village in Northern Thailand.- The village practices traditional farming, including rice and vegetable cultivation, and hosts various cultural festivals.- Seasonal weather influences the local lifestyle, with villagers often gathering forest products during the rainy season.
