About this camp: Being part of our volunteer and stewarding team at Elderflower Fields is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful volunteering while enjoying the festival. Volunteers will work in pairs, caring for specific areas of the event, assisting guests, and gaining valuable experience in event management.




Work: – Volunteer as part of the stewarding team at the Elderflower Fields festival.- Work in pairs to manage specific areas of the event and assist guests.- Attend initial training to learn about responsibilities and incident reporting.- Participate in tasks to prepare the site before the festival and restore it afterward.- Build connections with fellow volunteers and engage in a rewarding experience.



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers will camp in the crew paddock area with tents provided by Concordia.- Access to hot showers and meals, including three meals a day with vouchers for food vendors.- Bring personal items like sleeping bags and non-perishable food due to limited fridge space.



Leisure Activities: – Explore the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounding the festival.- Enjoy free time during the festival to participate in music, food, activities, and workshops.- Transportation will be arranged to visit the historic city of Brighton after the festival.
