About this camp: At Green & Away, internships are tailored to the applicant’s interests and skill development, focusing on sustainability, ecotourism, and outdoor living. Participants may engage in various projects or responsibilities across departments such as Catering & Sustainable Food, Hospitality, Technical Maintenance, Office Management, and Eco Event Management.




Work: – Tailored internships based on individual interests and skill development.- Opportunities to run long-term projects or multiple smaller projects.- Past projects include strategy writing, carbon footprint analysis, and educational workshops.- Involvement in various departments to gain diverse experiences.- Applicants are encouraged to express their preferences during the application process.



Accommodation and Food: – Outdoor accommodation under canvas; own tent required, with possible arrangements for those without.- Full board includes three vegetarian/vegan meals daily and regular tea breaks.- Facilities include hot showers, composting toilets, and Wi-Fi, with a note on the cold nights and muddy conditions.



Leisure Activities: – Located near a village with small activities and 5-6 miles from Worcester with direct bus access.- Close to cafes, walking trails, and a river for swimming.- Nearest shop and post office are two miles away; nearest hospital is 9 miles away.
