About this camp: Volunteers at the CYA-Learning Center (CLC) play a vital role in creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering community development. By engaging in diverse activities such as teaching, program development, and cultural exchange, they help bridge educational gaps and provide valuable opportunities for children and teenagers.




Work: – Teach English and Essential Skills to support students in improving language abilities and life skills.- Develop and Implement Programs by designing and delivering creative curricula and workshops.- Engage in Hands-On Projects including vegetable gardening, soap-making workshops, and classroom renovations.- Foster Cultural Exchange through sharing knowledge and experiences while learning from local culture and traditions.- Expand opportunities for the community while gaining invaluable experiences.



Accommodation and Food: – Stay at the volunteer house located at the heart of the center, providing simple yet comfortable accommodation.- Essential amenities such as a mattress, blanket, and pillow are provided, along with several showers and toilets.- Meals are prepared by volunteers on a rotational basis, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients from the local market.



Leisure Activities: – Explore nearby tourist attractions like Teuk Chhou, Bokor National Park, and Rabbit Island during free time.- Interact with local people, teenagers, and children in a remote area.- Organize fun and creative activities that foster meaningful connections and cultural exchange.
