About this camp: Volunteers at the CYA-Learning Center (CLC) play a vital role in creating meaningful learning experiences and fostering community development. Through diverse and impactful activities, they help bridge gaps in education and provide opportunities that children and teenagers do not receive in public schools.




Work: – Teach English and Essential Skills to support students in improving their language abilities and life skills.- Develop and Implement Programs by designing and delivering creative curricula and workshops.- Engage in Hands-On Projects, including activities like vegetable gardening, soap-making workshops, and classroom renovations.- Foster Cultural Exchange by sharing knowledge and experiences while learning from local culture and traditions.- Contribute to community initiatives, helping expand opportunities while gaining invaluable experiences.



Accommodation and Food: – Stay at the volunteer house located at the heart of the center, which is simple yet comfortable.- Essential amenities are provided, including a mattress, blanket, and pillow for each volunteer.- Meals are prepared by volunteers on a rotational basis, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from the local market.



Leisure Activities: – Explore nearby tourist attractions such as Teuk Chhou, Bokor National Park, and Rabbit Island during free time.- Interact with local people, teenagers, and children in the community.- Organize fun and creative activities that foster meaningful connections and cultural exchange.
