About this camp: The volunteer will assist in offering vaccinations, HIV testing and counseling, and providing emotional support to patients while living with a host family in a rural environment near Mount Kenya. Responsibilities include co-coordinating patient care, preparing hospital records, and participating in community health services.




Work: – Learning and assisting in offering vaccinations- Assisting in HIV testing and counseling- Co-coordinating patient care- Taking patient samples and recording vital information- Participating in community social care services and awareness programs



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers will live with a host family close to the project site- Breakfast and dinner will be provided by the host family- Volunteers will receive lunch at the project



Leisure Activities: – The project is located in a rural environment- Approximately 2 hours drive from Mount Kenya- Opportunities for cultural exchange with the host family
