About this camp: During your stay, you will gain insight into horticulture, particularly alpine gardening, while primarily engaging in nature conservation efforts such as weeding invasive Neophytes. The work is physically demanding and includes various tasks like building pathways, preparing compost, and maintaining garden grounds.
Work: – Gain insight into horticulture and alpine gardening.- Control invasive Neophytes through weeding.- Build pathways and prepare compost.- Prepare soil for future plants and propagate plants.- Maintain garden grounds and prepare flower-beds.
Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers will stay in shared or single rooms with separate beds.- Sheets and blankets are provided; shared toilets and showers are on the floor.- WiFi is available, and an adapter for sockets may be needed.
