About this camp: The workcamp focuses on the recovery of the historical and natural heritage of the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, involving activities such as the restoration of dry stone walls and terraces, stabilization of eroded areas, and training in bio-construction techniques. Participants will engage in educational workshops and explore the region’s rich geological and biological heritage.




Work: – Recovery of cultivation terraces using dry stone techniques.- Restoration of a quadrangular threshing floor of large dimensions.- Stabilization of areas affected by erosion due to climatic events.- Training in bio-construction techniques linked to local heritage.- Workshops on climate emergency and sustainable development goals (SDGs).



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodation at Aula de Naturaleza Paredes with a dining room capacity of 56.- Meals provided will be a healthy Mediterranean diet with local foods.- Dietary options available for various religious and health requirements.



Leisure Activities: – Interpretative ecotourism routes in Sierra Nevada on foot, by bike, and horseback.- Environmental education workshops and awareness-raising activities.- Multi-adventure activities including archery and orienteering.
