About this camp: The volunteers will engage in intercultural encounters related to nature and youth in the countryside, presenting their culture to local children and youth. They will learn about local nature and biodiversity through environmental activities and interactions with local educators, while staying in modest hostel-type accommodation in Ylane, a small village surrounded by lakes and forests in Western Finland.




Work: – Opportunities for intercultural encounters related to nature and youth.- Presenting own country and culture to local children and youth.- Engaging in environmental activities with local educators.- Organizing international events for young people.- Learning about local nature and biodiversity.



Accommodation and Food: – Modest hostel-type accommodation with a large common space.- Volunteers need to bring their own sleeping bags.- Meals prepared together in small teams.



Leisure Activities: – Located in Ylane, surrounded by lakes and forests in Western Finland.- Activities include sauna, swimming, canoeing, berry picking, and fishing.- Nearby national parks provide excellent hiking opportunities.
