About this camp: During the camp, volunteers will assist in renovating a building to become a rehabilitation center for youngsters and young adults with various challenges. Located in Kuru, a traditional small village surrounded by nature, the camp will involve painting, gardening, and upcycling activities while also allowing volunteers to explore local historical sights.




Work: – Assist in renovating a building for a rehabilitation center.- Paint bedrooms and work in the yard and greenhouse.- Plant a garden to enhance the environment.- Practice upcycling by fixing and decorating textiles.- Collaborate with hosts to prepare meals.



Accommodation and Food: – Accommodation will be in shared rooms for two people.- Volunteers will cook meals together with the hosts.- Meals will be prepared in a collaborative environment.



Leisure Activities: – Kuru is a traditional small village with beautiful nature.- Nearby hiking trails and a national park, Seitseminen.- Opportunities to visit historical sights in Tampere.
