About this camp: Volunteers at the Angkor Thom Community Tourism project can engage in activities such as promoting traditional handicrafts, supporting community kindergarten education, participating in eco-tourism initiatives, and facilitating cultural exchange sessions. These efforts contribute to the community’s economic growth and provide volunteers with a deeper understanding of Cambodia’s heritage and culture.




Work: – Helping local artisans produce and promote traditional handicrafts.- Organizing educational games and teaching English at the community kindergarten.- Participating in environmental conservation efforts through eco-tourism initiatives.- Facilitating cultural exchange activities with local community members.- Making a lasting impact on the community while learning about Cambodian culture.



Accommodation and Food: – Volunteers will be accommodated in a shared house of the host family with basic amenities.- Each volunteer will receive a mattress, pillow, blanket, and mosquito net for comfortable sleeping.- Meals are prepared by a local chef, and volunteers can assist in the kitchen or join the cooking team.



Leisure Activities: – Visiting Angkor Wat and local markets during free time.- Engaging in activities like cycling and boat trips on Tonle Sap Lake.- Enjoying social events at the center, including movie nights and cultural exchanges.
